The South Stands renovation ran against a completion date that could not move. Concourse restrooms are public-facing on day one, which put Division 10 squarely on the critical path at the end of a compressed schedule. RSA furnished and installed partitions and accessories under Turner Construction, sequenced against the trades finishing around us, and completed before the venue opened.
For a GC: a fixed, externally imposed deadline with no float left at the end — the condition under which a brokered install crew becomes a scheduling liability.

A surgical services building on an operating hospital campus carries requirements a standard commercial build does not: infection-control protocols, phased access, and products that have to satisfy healthcare-specific standards before they are approved. RSA held four Division 10 categories on this job under the Skanska-Russell joint venture — compartments and accessories, wall and door protection, and cubicle curtains — rather than the GC splitting them across separate subcontracts.
For a GC: healthcare protocol handled without supervision, and four scopes consolidated under one subcontractor on a campus where access is already the constraint.

Seven product categories on one subcontract: partitions, lockers, wall protection, shower enclosures, mirrors, fire extinguisher cabinets, and bike racks. Split the conventional way, that is five or six separate subs, five or six submittal schedules, and five or six companies to chase at closeout. Turner ran it as one package with RSA.
For a GC: the scope-consolidation case in its clearest form — fewer subcontracts to administer, one submittal calendar, one party accountable for the whole Division 10 closeout.

High-rise residential work is a logistics problem before it is an install problem — material hoisted and staged floor by floor, every trade competing for the same elevator bank, and the same install repeated across dozens of near-identical units while unit-specific punch items still have to close. RSA carried seven categories across the tower's residential and amenity spaces under Turner, including lobby and residential mailboxes that many Division 10 subs will not quote at all.
For a GC: a sub that absorbs vertical staging and repetitive-unit sequencing, and covers the odd scopes at the edges of Division 10 instead of leaving them for the GC to place.
Clemson University — College of Veterinary Medicine, Clemson, South Carolina

Seven buildings on one campus, one Division 10 contract, and a product range running from clinical teaching space to livestock-handling facilities — each building with its own finish requirements and its own substrate conditions. The campus opened in August 2026. Work like this is decided in submittals and coordination, well before anyone sets a panel: keeping specification consistent across seven buildings while each one gets what it actually needs.
For a GC: multi-building capacity on a single award, and an out-of-state project run from the same office rather than handed to a local sub the GC has to qualify.

Install is running now, floor by floor, with our crew working alongside the other trades finishing each level. Our scope covers partitions, lockers, wall protection, and cubicle curtain track across the building's academic and clinical training spaces.
For a GC: a live job you can arrange a site visit on — install running now alongside the other finishing trades, rather than a finished project you have to take our word for.

A public museum and archive open to visitors year-round puts restroom fixtures under continuous use across a long service life, which moves the decision toward durable product selection and an install that finishes clean the first time. RSA furnished and installed partitions, accessories, and lockers. It is a smaller package than most on this page, and it ran the same way the large ones do.
For a GC: the small package on a high-visibility building still gets a submittal on time and a crew that shows up — the packages most often neglected by a sub chasing bigger work.
Piedmont Healthcare — Piedmont Fayette Hospital Medical Office Building, Fayetteville, Georgia

Three distinct suites inside one medical office building — an administrative suite, a women's imaging center, and a cancer center administrative suite — each with its own layout, finish requirements, and access window. Running them under a single subcontract kept three schedules coordinated through one point of contact instead of three.
For a GC: multi-suite, multi-tenant work inside an occupied medical building, where the coordination load is heavier than the install itself.

Fulton County Schools' replacement high school carries two separate awards to RSA — the specialties package and the locker package. School work runs to an academic calendar rather than a construction one: the building has to be ready for a start date that does not move, and lockers in particular are a long-lead, high-count item that punishes a late release. The building topped out in the spring.
For a GC: a district owner, an immovable opening date, and a locker package sized to make procurement timing the real risk rather than installation.
New Sequoyah Middle & High School — DeKalb County, Georgia Under construction

RSA's largest active project by scope: a four-building campus for DeKalb County School District under Gilbane — a five-story high school, four-story middle school, gymnasium, and performing arts center, all on one specialties contract. The package runs to roughly 200 toilet compartments and urinal screens, a full restroom accessory package, fire extinguishers and cabinets, cubicle curtains and track, a flagpole, a large markerboard and tackboard package, and well over a thousand locker openings across multiple locker types. The building topped out this spring and the scope is moving through submittals and coordination ahead of install.
For a GC: proof of capacity at the top of the range — eight Division 10 categories, four buildings, one contract, one sub carrying it.
Why GCs keep using RSA
No general contractor worries about whether a Division 10 sub can hang a partition. The worry is the sub who wins the package, brokers the install to whoever is available that month, misses the submittal window, and turns up three weeks after the restrooms were supposed to be finished — with the certificate of occupancy waiting on them. We self-perform, so that handoff never happens.

- Insured and bonded. Certificates of insurance and bonding capacity available on request, along with the safety record and references a prequalification package asks for.
- Southeast coverage from one office. Georgia, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina, North Carolina and Florida, run out of Gainesville, Georgia — so a GC working across state lines is not re-qualifying a new sub in every market.
