What school work asks of a Division 10 sub
- An opening date that does not move. Schools run to an academic calendar. Division 10 lands at the end of the job, so we release submittals early and sequence install around the trades finishing each floor.
- Lockers are the procurement risk. A school locker package is long lead and high count. Late release, not installation, is what puts it behind.
- Several buildings, one contract. Campus work often means one specialties package spread across classroom buildings, a gym and a performing arts space, each with its own finishes and conditions.
- Classroom boards are their own package. Markerboards, tackboards and other visual display boards come in large counts with room-by-room sizes, so they need their own submittal and schedule.
School bathroom stalls: materials and mounting
We supply all six partition materials (solid plastic HDPE, phenolic black core, phenolic color thru, stainless steel, powder coated steel and plastic laminate) in four mounting styles: floor mounted, floor mounted overhead braced, ceiling hung and floor to ceiling anchored.
