Frequently Asked Questions
At Restroom Stalls and All, we go beyond simple installation. We deliver a complete restroom solutions experience. Our team collaborates directly with general contractors, architects, and facility managers to ensure seamless coordination from planning through final inspection. We understand the unique challenges of commercial restroom projects, from tight timelines to precise ADA requirements, and our proactive approach keeps every project on track. With a commitment to quality craftsmanship and customer satisfaction, we make sure your restroom partitions not only look great but perform reliably for years to come.
Install coverage and crews
Does Restroom Stalls and All install partitions, or only ship them?
We do both. Restroom Stalls and All ships commercial toilet partitions nationwide and installs them across six Southeast states: Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina. Installation is performed by our own crews, not subcontracted to a third party. If your project falls outside the Southeast install footprint, we ship the complete system with all hardware and can advise your installer.
What areas do you install toilet partitions in?
We install across Georgia, Florida, Alabama, Tennessee, South Carolina and North Carolina. Metro areas we serve regularly include Metro Atlanta, Birmingham, Huntsville, Nashville, Chattanooga, Knoxville, Memphis, Charleston, Greenville, Charlotte and Raleigh. Our installers are Georgia-based W2 employees who travel throughout the six-state service area. Product ships to all 50 states.
Do you use your own installation crews or subcontractors?
Our own crews. Restroom Stalls and All employs its installers as W2 employees rather than brokering the work out to a subcontractor network. That means one company is accountable for the product, the delivery date and the installed result, and one phone number to call if something is wrong.
Are your installers background checked?
Yes. Our installers are background checked, which is a standard requirement on K-12, healthcare and government projects. Tell us at quote stage if your facility requires background-checked personnel on site.
What types of facilities do you install in?
We install in commercial buildings, industrial buildings, hospitals, K-12 schools, higher education buildings, hotels, restaurants, convenience stores, municipal buildings, sports facilities and community pool houses. If your facility type is not listed, contact us and we will confirm whether it is in scope.
Cost, scheduling and lead times
How much does toilet partition installation cost?
Installation is quoted per project rather than per stall. As a planning ballpark, installation generally runs 35 to 60 percent of the material cost, or roughly $300 to $700 per stall depending on material and the location of the job. Some jobs run higher because of jobsite logistics. These are planning ranges, not a quote: actual pricing depends on scope, site conditions and location. For a firm number, select Yes, include installation in the quote tool, or call 1-844-81-STALL.
How long does it take to install commercial bathroom partitions?
A typical three to five stall restroom is installed in one day. Crew size is set by the job, and a typical crew installs 10 to 13 stalls per day. Larger packages are scheduled in phases so you keep restrooms in service where possible.
What is the lead time from order to installed restroom?
Material ships in 24 to 48 hours in a quick-ship color. Powder-coated steel, stainless steel, solid phenolic, solid plastic (HDPE) and plastic laminate all qualify, including Moisture Guard laminate in 48 colors and patterns. The same materials in standard catalog colors outside the quick-ship list typically ship in 1 to 2 weeks. True custom colors and special-order finishes, including Legacy plastic laminate, ship in 6-18 weeks. Add 2-5 business days in transit, after which installation is scheduled against your site’s readiness. Identify custom colors and less common finishes at bid stage rather than after award, because they are the most common cause of schedule slippage.
Do you coordinate installation with the general contractor's schedule?
Yes. We coordinate material delivery and crew scheduling against the general contractor's construction sequence, so partitions arrive when the installation sequence calls for them rather than sitting on site. Toilet partitions are typically installed after lighting, tile and fixtures are complete.
Can you work nights, weekends, or in occupied buildings?
Yes. We work nights, weekends and in occupied buildings. Access constraints are determined and quoted job by job, so tell us about them at quote stage rather than after award.
What is the minimum project size you will install?
There is no minimum project size for our installation services. A single stall replacement and a multi-building package are quoted the same way.
What do you need from me to quote an installation?
Three things: the number of stalls, the room dimensions, and your zip code. Room name and layout help us configure faster. If you have drawings or a specification, send those instead and we will work from them. For projects over seven stalls, contact our team directly for a customized quote.
Replacement, repair and existing partitions
Do you remove and dispose of the existing partitions?
Yes, we can remove your existing partitions, quoted separately from the installation. Patching of wall and floor penetrations left by old brackets and anchors is not included in our scope. Disposal is coordinated with you in advance and requires an on-site dumpster.
Can you install partitions I bought somewhere else?
Yes, subject to a site review. We install partition systems regardless of where they were purchased. We are not responsible for defects in material we did not supply, including damaged or missing parts. Additional cost may apply if we have to modify material on site, or return to the jobsite because of a material issue.
Can you repair existing partitions or replace broken hardware?
Yes. We repair and replace hardware on existing partitions, including latches, hinges, brackets, pilaster shoes and doors, and we do this on systems we did not originally supply. Matching hardware on older or non-standard partitions is a common service call. Send us a photo of the part and we will work with our suppliers to identify the system.
Do you offer a maintenance or service agreement after installation?
Yes. We offer maintenance and service calls after installation, quoted on a case-by-case basis. This covers hardware replacement and repairs on partitions we installed, as well as on systems we did not originally supply.
Specification, codes and compliance
What CSI division are toilet partitions specified under?
Toilet partitions are specified under CSI MasterFormat Division 10, Specialties, Section 10 21 13, Toilet Compartments. Division 10 also covers washroom accessories, lockers, visual display units, wall protection and fire extinguisher cabinets. Restroom Stalls and All supplies and installs across Division 10, which means one submittal, one delivery to coordinate and one installer for the whole package.
Do you install Division 10 products other than toilet partitions?
Yes. We supply and install toilet partitions, washroom accessories, grab bars, paper towel dispensers, toilet paper dispensers, soap dispensers, mirrors, fire extinguishers, fire extinguisher cabinets, wall protection, marker boards, tack boards, corner guards, flag poles, lockers and metal shelving. Specifying the whole Division 10 package through one supplier means a single submittal, consolidated freight and one crew on site, instead of several vendors to coordinate.
Do you provide submittals for architect approval?
Yes. We prepare submittal packages for architect approval before fabrication, covering material, finish, mounting style, stall count and ADA layout. Submittals are produced within 24 business hours.
Do you provide a site survey or field measure before installation?
Yes. A site survey and field measure is the first step of our quality assurance process, completed before material is ordered. It confirms room dimensions, wall construction and anchor conditions against the specification, which is where most installation problems are caught.
What accessibility and building codes do you install to?
We install to the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design and ICC A117.1, and to state accessibility codes including the Georgia Accessibility Code and the Florida Building Code. Accessibility requirements differ by state, so we confirm the governing code for your jurisdiction at submittal stage rather than assuming the federal minimum applies.
Will you verify ADA compliance during installation?
Yes. Our crews install accessible compartments to the clear floor space, door width and clearance requirements of the 2010 ADA Standards for Accessible Design, and verify each accessible stall before leaving the site. Wheelchair accessible compartments must be at least 60 inches wide measured perpendicular to the side wall, and at least 56 inches deep for wall-hung water closets or 60 inches deep for floor-mounted water closets, per Section 604.8.1.1. Partition layout also has to coordinate with grab bar placement and fixture clearances, which is why we install partitions and accessories together.
Are you certified to install premium or high-privacy cubicle systems?
Yes. Restroom Stalls and All is a certified provider of PRIVADA® Cubicles, Bobrick's high-privacy cubicle system, authorized to both distribute and install it. We are one of a small number of certified PRIVADA® Cubicles providers nationwide. We also install other premium and high-privacy cubicle systems.
Contracting, insurance and warranty
Are you licensed and insured, and can you provide a certificate of insurance?
Yes. Restroom Stalls and All is licensed and insured. We provide a certificate of insurance on request, and a letter of bondability from our surety company.
Do you handle prevailing wage projects?
Yes. We take on prevailing wage projects at any size and submit certified payroll to meet those requirements. Prevailing wage applies to most public school, municipal and government work, and it is a gating requirement on those bids.
Is the installation warrantied?
Our installation workmanship is warrantied for one year from the date of install. It covers defects in the installation itself, such as loose material or missing screws and bolts. Manufacturer warranties on the partitions run separately and vary by material.
How long are the manufacturer warranties by material?
Manufacturer warranty terms run from 3 years to 25 years depending on material. These are the manufacturer's terms on the partitions themselves and are separate from our one-year installation workmanship warranty.

25 years
Black-core phenolic

What happens if material arrives damaged or short?
