General Partitions toilet partitions by series

General Partitions names each mounting style with a series number. The number after the dash is the material code: -1 powder coated steel, -3 stainless steel, -6 solid phenolic core (phenolic black core), -12 phenolic color thru and -7 high density polymer (solid plastic (HDPE)). So a 40-1 is a headrail braced partition in powder coated steel.

General Partitions 70 Series, Elevated Privacy

The 70 Series appears in the 2025 to 2026 catalog. Panels and doors are 72 inches high, mounted 6 inches off the floor, on 76 inch pilasters. It adds continuous stainless brackets and hinges and an aluminum privacy strip on the strike side. It comes as 70-1 powder coated steel, 70-3 stainless steel (plain or textured), 70-6 phenolic black core and 70-12 phenolic color thru.

General Partitions privacy styles: Eastern and Eastern Max

The Eastern styles lower the gap at the floor and raise the doors for more privacy.

In phenolic black core (solid phenolic core), Series 40 and 60 mount at 5 inches and Series 30 at 6 inches. Options include continuous brackets, no-sight doors and an overlapping door. Source: General Partitions privacy page.

General Partitions says its standard panels get Ribcore sound deadening reinforcement with a 3/4 inch cell at no extra charge, and that corner reinforcements are mechanically fused rather than welded. It also makes urinal screens, shower stalls, dressing compartments, lockers and vanities.
